This present site is a web page owned by the Balms Foundation for Children (“Fundación Balms para la Infancia”), being registered in name under the domain fundacionbalms.org

This Web Page scrupulously respects the rights of intellectual property, however, if someone were to deem these rights as transgressive in any moment, upon documental proof of the same, all material will be immediately withdrawn which would have involuntarily infringed any of these rights.

This Web Page has the aim to supply users with the content stated in the menu at their disposition, all relating to the diffusion of information related to activities in the Fundación Balms para la Infancia.

1. The use of the present Web Page is governed by the Spanish legal system and by these general conditions. Any dispute that arises from the interpretation, implementation and/or use of the present Web Page will be complied with the competence of the appropriate Courts of Law in Vigo.

Those liable will be the users or third parties which cause this damage.
4. The Fundación Balms para la Infacia will not be responsible for damages that may be caused as a consecuence of the lack of availabilty or continuity.

The Fundación Balms para la Infancia does not guarantee the absence of viruses in its services and content within the Web Page, be they aquired directly or by third parties, including connections through the “links”, for which it will not be held responsible for damages that may be caused as a consecuence of the existence of said viruses.
